B.U.F.F. Hall an event space that can be rented for many events.

The B.U.F.F. Hall is great for hosting baby showers, birthday parties, game nights, repass and other family & friends events. The hall can comfortably accommodate up to 120 guests. We offer everything that you will need to host your event including:

13 - 60" round tables that sit 6-8 people each

Three (3) 8ft. rectangular tables perfect for your buffet

Three (3) Big screen TV's ready to play your videos or slideshows

Pricing and Time
The cost to rent the hall is $900.00* plus a $250.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 72 business hours upon a satisfactory inspection after your event. In order to secure the date you have requested, we need to receive the deposit ($250.00) and a completed rental agreement.
The rental period allows for a total of 8 hours, including 2 hours for setup, a 5-hour event, and 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup. If additional hours are needed, it’s $100 per hour. The latest exit time allowed is 1am.

Optional Add-On Amenities
The following add-on amenities are available to enhance your event and are subject to availability.
You will have the option to select any add-on amenities of interest when completing the rental request form, and pricing will be confirmed at that time.

Final payment needs to be collected at least 14 days prior to your event. Payments can be submitted through the online rental request form, CashApp, or if you prefer to pay cash or check arrangements can be made.
You may cancel up to 30 days before your event for a full refund minus any processing fees. Cancellations within 2 weeks before your event you are subject to lose your security deposit. You are able to have a 1-time date change your date within a 6 month timeframe for no charge. ​

Use the calendar to check if the date you are interested in is available. If the date is available please complete an online request form (below) and submit along with your deposit payment. Once your request and payment is received you will get a confirmation email.

​​Looking to Book a Repass?
​
The cost to rent the hall for a repass is $600.00* plus a $100.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 72 business hours upon a satisfactory inspection after your event. In order to secure the date you have requested, we need to receive the deposit ($100.00) and a completed rental agreement.
The rental period allows for a total of 6 hours, including 1 hour for setup, a 4-hour repass, and 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup.
Final payment needs to be collected within 48 hours after security deposit is paid.

Use the calendar to check if the date you are interested in is available. If the date is available please complete REPASS ONLY request form (below) and submit along with your deposit payment. Once your request and payment is received you will get a confirmation email.

If the date is available please complete the Rental Request Form. You will receive a follow up email confirming the date is available and provide you with event save the date as well as an invoice with your balance and due date.
If you have questions please complete the form, add your question(s) to the "Additional Comments" field and someone will respond to your question promptly.
If you would like to visit the hall prior, please complete the request & indicate so on form.

Requests are answered first come first serve. Most requests are answered in 1-3 business days.
In order to hold the date the deposit must be made and the Rental Request Form must be completed.
