The cost to rent the hall for a repass is $500.00 plus a $100.00 refundable security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you within 72 business hours upon a satisfactory inspection after your event. In order to secure the date you have requested, we need to receive the deposit ($100.00) and a completed rental agreement.
The rental period allows for a total of 6 hours, including 1 hour for setup, a 4-hour repass, and 1 hour for breakdown and cleanup.
Final payment needs to be collected within 48 hours after this form is completed due to timing.
Payment
For your convenience, we accept online payments. To complete your event request, click "Pay Refundable Security Deposit" to submit the form and make the payment.

If you prefer, arrangements can also be made for cash or check payments.

Once your request is approved and the rental agreement, along with the deposit, is completed, you will receive a confirmation for your rental date. If your request is not approved and you do not choose an alternative date, your security deposit will be refunded.
